where the landlord has the right to recover possession,
provided that the appropriate notices have been properly served)
Inventory and Schedule of Condition:
(including all appropriate meter readings)
Legal Expenses Insurance and Rent Protection:
(in case of default by the tenant -
only available to clients on our full Management and Rent Collection Services)
Contents Insurance:
(including theft and damage caused by tenants and many
other things not normally covered in an ordinary domestic contents

(We are very careful in our tenant selection procedures and
use a professional referencing agency, to ensure that the
tenant is able to meet the monthly rental commitment)
Mortgages and lending:
(through our association with Bath Building Society, which is a
specialist in the buy to let market)
