Bath Property Letting Limited are appointed representatives to LetSure Plc for the purposes of selling General Insurance, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority

Advertising:

including marketing on BPL Website, Rightmove, Findaproperty and in the local newspaper. No charge to clients on our Full Management, Rent Collection or Let Only Services

Referencing:

we are very careful in our tenant selection procedures and use a professional referencing agency, to ensure that the tenant is able to meet the monthly rental commitment

Mortgages and lending:

through our association with Bath Building Society, which is a specialist in the buy to let market
